Tána Hegedüsová

I am member of the Real Estate & Construction practice group in Bird & Bird's Bratislava office.

My primary focus is on transactions including sales and acquisitions of companies, projects and developments, litigation and leasing in the real estate, logistics and construction, and energy sectors.

During my practice, I have gained a solid background in corporate and commercial law.

In addition to my experience gained in local and international law firms, I spent part of my professional practice working at Slovak branch of a major international steel-making corporation. This experience allowed me to gain invaluable understanding of internal processes and overall operation of a large corporation.
My goal is to offer legal services in the way that I, as a former member of the international corporation, would have preferred to receive them.

In addition to my degree in law at the Comenius University in Bratislava, I hold a Master degree from the University of Economics in Bratislava in Management of International Trade.

I speak fluent Slovak and English.

• Advising one of the world's leading development companies on the acquisition of several land plots in Slovakia and on the process of construction of several warehouses in Slovakia
• Advising one of the world's leading innovation companies, in the process of sale of multi-storey warehouse building in Partizánske
• Advising one of the largest Slovak commercial banks in the process of sale of multi-storey office building in central Bratislava
• Advising the Slovak company which mainly active in the telecommunications industry on the successful purchase of the company from the czech investment fund. This transaction also included the acquisition of real estate asset in Bratislava, an administrative building
