The ability to help isn't always enough. In today's world, more often than not, what's needed is time. We believe pro bono is time well spent.

For more than 10 years Bird & Bird Prague’s team has been providing comprehensive legal support to the Tereza Maxová Foundation.

The foundation was established by former world-renowned, Czech model Tereza Maxová. Its mission is to reduce the number of children growing up in institutional care in the Czech Republic: enabling small children to grow up in a family environment; supporting substitute family care instead of institutional care and assisting young people, through investing in their education, to prepare for their independent life after leaving the institution.

Our legal assistance involves ongoing support in intellectual property matters, specifically concerning overall brand management of the TERIBEAR Project. This project offers a collection of unique products designed by famous fashion and decorative designers and is supported by well-known singers, actors and sportspeople.
