Anne-Cecile Hansson

Working as a partner in our Paris-based International Corporate Group, I have built a unique practice advising our French, International, Swedish and Nordic clients on a broad range of M&A corporate and commercial issues.

Acting on behalf of our clients from the industrial, life sciences and technology sectors, I have particular expertise in M&A, cross border transactions, investments and post-acquisition restructuring, as well as in the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements. My practice is focused on advising French, Swedish and Nordic companies on corporate and commercial law issues. My technical experience combined with a significant cultural knowledge makes me an excellent adviser for Nordic companies in their strategic operations in France, as well as French and international companies looking to invest in the Nordic region.

I am dual qualified, having been admitted to the Paris Bar in 1995 and the Swedish Bar in 1999. Before joining Bird & Bird in 2014, I worked for an international law firm in Paris for 12 years.
