I am an Associate in Bird & Bird's International HR Services department in the Madrid office.

I have been advising national and international companies for 5 years.

My main areas of expertise include: mergers and acquisitions, collective bargaining, advising on equality, diversity and non-discrimination issues, designing remuneration and compensation policies and professional reclassification projects.

Throughout my experience, I have been able to combine my professional and academic career, which has given me a range of skills that enable me to understand clients' needs and provide innovative solutions.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I worked in both professional services firms and national law firms, where I gained solid experience in employment and social security law.
