About Me
I work as a senior associate in our Real Estate and Construction group in Helsinki. I assist our domestic and international clients with a wide range of real estate, construction, and corporate law assignments.
In addition to real estate transactions and development projects, my main area of expertise includes a comprehensive range of real estate-related matters and related agreements concerning, inter alia, the operation of real estate companies, leasing, zoning and land use, co-ownership, encumbrances, and joint arrangements.My experience and wide-ranging expertise enable me to take an analytical approach to our clients' legal issues. I provide my clients with practical legal advice on both day-to-day matters and larger projects throughout their life cycle.
I graduated with a Master of Laws from the University of Helsinki and joined Bird & Bird as a lawyer in 2021, bringing years of experience in service development consulting.
