Inneke Padilla Wolthoorn

I am the COO of our Danish office and a qualified lawyer since 2017. I have extensive experience in cross-border compliance, particularly within Global Mobility. I have previously worked as both an advisor and an in-house lawyer and therefore understand the challenges of international companies from the inside.

As the COO, I am responsible for the company's operations and our strategic direction. I am deeply passionate about the development of the legal profession in an international world, where both younger generations and modern technology necessitate that we rethink our approach to the practice of law.

Throughout my career, I have been involved in legal compliance both as a lawyer on the advisory side, in-house, and at the Ministry of Justice.

I have previously worked as a lawyer specialising in personal tax and have been the head of the Global Mobility department in one of Denmark's largest international companies.

I am one of the very few lawyers in Denmark who is specialised in Global Mobility and cross-border compliance – both from a legal and practical perspective, and understand how the various in-house functions operate in collaboration with external advisors. Experience I draw from, when I support our clients on global mobility related matters.
