About Me
As a lawyer in our Düsseldorf office, I advise national and international clients on intellectual property rights, especially with respect to trademark and unfair competition law.
I assist our clients in registration, opposition and cancellation proceedings before the GPTO, EUIPO and courts, as well as in infringement actions arising out of national or European trade marks, and in the management of large trademark portfolios and complex trademark disputes.Before joining our Düsseldorf IP team, I had the chance to work on all aspects of intellectual property law at another international law firm. In my current position I specialise in trademarks and competition law.
I have a PhD in legal philosophy and studied abroad for a year at Trinity College Dublin, Ireland.
