As a Project Lawyer in the commercial team based in Munich, I have been involved in major technology and data-driven projects for domestic and international clients since 2019.

I work across the full spectrum of EU GDPR compliance, including developing and implementing comprehensive GDPR compliance programmes, conducting privacy audits and gap analyses, drafting and reviewing privacy policies and notices, assessing legal bases for processing, conducting data processing impact assessments for high-risk processing activities, advising on international data transfers including implementation of Binding Corporate Rules (BCRs), managing data breach incidents and regulatory notifications and supporting due diligence projects in the areas of IT contracts and data protection law.
