Vincent Chan

I am an associate in our Corporate Finance group based in Hong Kong. My practice covers capital markets, M&A, private equity, regulatory compliance and other general corporate matters.

I advise clients on a broad range of corporate finance and securities matters. Throughout the years, I have worked with a variety of clients, including listed companies, Chinese state-owned enterprises, financial institutions, private equity firms, as well as local and multinational conglomerates. I regularly provide advice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate reorganisation, post-listing regulatory compliance and other general corporate matters. I also have extensive experience in representing issuers and underwriters in relation to initial public offerings on the Main Board and Growth Enterprise Market of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

I am fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
