I am an associate in our Beijing office, specialising in data privacy, cybersecurity, telecommunications, and artificial intelligence.

With expertise in evolving regulations, including China's PIPL, EU/UK GDPR, and other applicable data protection laws from various jurisdictions, I support organisations across sectors in balancing compliance with innovation. Whether crafting privacy frameworks, fortifying cybersecurity defences, navigating telecom licensing, or advising on AI governance and ethics, my work centres on practical, tailored solutions that protect clients' interests while fostering growth. I bring clarity to complex digital legal challenges, ensuring clients stay resilient and forward-thinking in an ever-changing regulatory environment.

I graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, United States, with a Juris Doctor degree, and from East China Normal University in China with an LL.B. law degree. I am also admitted to the bar in New York State, the United States, and passed the PRC Legal Professional Qualification Examination. I am a member of IAPP, holding CIPP/E and CIPM certificates.
