Johanna Schindler

I am a German attorney at law and Counsel in our Corporate/M&A Team in Frankfurt. I specialise in advising national and international clients on national and cross-border M&A transactions, intra-group restructuring and corporate measures (e.g transformation measures).

I am experienced in advising the entire transaction cycle of M&A and private equity transactions as well as a wide range of complex corporate and commercial law matters.

A particular focus of my practice is advising transactions involving companies in the financial services or software sector. In addition, I am active in the field of venture capital transactions and start-ups, where I provide practical guidance tailored to the requirements of the start-up company concerned.

Prior to joining our firm, I worked as a German attorney in the Corporate/M&A practice of other international law firms in Frankfurt am Main and Bangkok, Thailand (secondment). During this time, I regularly advised clients in the financial services sector, in particular several banks and insurance companies, software companies as well as automotive suppliers with regard to M&A transactions, corporate (reorganisation) measures and commercial law matters.
